Powered Now comes with a very powerful but easy to use diary and appointments system. You can quickly create appointments, assign them to your team and capture rich information about the job.
Appointments are also deeply integrated into the project so everything is kept in a single place.
To create an appointment, either select the quick action button or alternatively, you can go to the diary tab and select the exact date and time.
This will open an appointment card to be completed. You can use this to give confirmation to your customer, pass details about the job to a member of staff or simply to keep your self organised.
